This is more about enabling MFA as opposed to the functionality of the app. The app has 2 functions, to send you push notifications as well as generate 6 digit codes in case you are not in a wifi enabled area. If you are receiving push notifications which is the fastest way to login to Xero , then the app is working as expected.
The sole purpose of the app is to verify you as a legitimate user of Xero and provide access to your account. She would need my email too? This is the most useless thing no one wanted.
Still trying to figure out how to log her in remotely with no luck so far. Why even give the option to turn this off? When you turn it off, the next time you log in, it just forces you to set it up again before you can do anything within the program?!
